Can I Use GPU for Converting XLSX to HTML or DocTags in Docling?

Hi Docling Team,

I’m currently working with .xlsx files and using Docling to convert them into HTML and DocTags formats. I noticed that Docling provides GPU acceleration options for PDF processing (with OCR, table structure, and image classification), but I couldn’t find specific documentation for Excel files.

My question is:
Is it possible to enable GPU acceleration when converting .xlsx files to formats like HTML or DocTags? Or is GPU usage limited only to PDF pipelines?
