Title in the Print/Preview is not formatted correctly

When Print preview is clicked on the gT card for a Book, the preview shows the book title or heading in normal format instead of a Header format.

I will now look into the CSS for the print preview rendering and see where this formatting got lost

This is now fixed in my latest update - please check and verify

Verified in v1.1.0 build ba809da at https://deploy-preview-212--gateway-translate.netlify.app/. Titlr shows correctly in the print preview.
