Fresh installs have been tested in SIMH using https://github.com/AaronJackson/2.11BSD-Distribution-Builder
Supporting all the patch levels!
Patch levels 450 through to 479 have been applied, each broken out sequentially into a separate boot disk image.
This also fixes some sync-halt behaviour as previously it was not intended for the image to be used after making changes.
