Addresses parts of #4
theme-ui is the theming library that polis already uses, and so do many of the existing forks that are extending polis. Currently, it's only used for
client-admincomponents, but notclient-participation. If we're created V2 prototypes of client-participation components, I feel we should probably use theme-ui.This also adds some examples of how breakpoints would work in the V2 components.
