Random time in seconds to wait before RSR can take another action. (RSR will not take actions during window).

Action Ahead

Percent of your GCD time remaining on a GCD cycle before RSR will try to queue the next GCD.

This setting controls how many oGCDs RSR will try to fit in a single GCD window. Lower numbers mean more oGCDs, but potentially more GCD clipping.
