fix: add missing wine and winetricks system dependencies

Adds wine & winetricks package dependencies to snap build; fixes #387.

I'm not able to test this change on a clean install b/c of internet limitations. Could @ctrlaltf24 double-check that this resolves the arial font issue reported in #387?

Tested:

• downloaded https://github.com/FaithLife-Community/OuDedetai/actions/runs/14289758306
• unzip ...snap.zip
• snap install --devmode ...snap
• DISPLAY=tk snap run oudedetai
• (one of the two times I did this I needed to restart the app - the install button stayed grayed out)
• Hit install button (Logos 40.2.0.0004)
• Hit "Run Logos"
• Logged in
• Opened John 3.16
• "Worked!"

I did install in devmode
