What do these changes do?

• Update OAS. Relevant PRs on the server side which will go in here:

  • 🎨 Require parent info headers when running function osparc-simcore#7900
  • 🎨 Enhance study cloning endpoint to allow modifying title, description, hidden osparc-simcore#7892

• @JavierGOrdonnez this will add the functionality to the client which you are missing.

@bisgaard-itis i don't if you made the change in osparc-simcore, but when upgrading this version, did you also increase the version number in the docstring for the endpoints that you didn't release yet wrt to programs etc?
