This projeect uses background picture to detecte moving car and uses kalman filter to track car.
Tracking_Car('DataX',A,'Y') (X is number form 1 to 2, A is picture nummber of DataX, Y is output video name)
Example: Tracking_Car('Data1',77,'1')
