Bump MachOKit to 0.26.2

I am a developer of a library named MachOKit

I have found a critical issue with MachOKit that occurs during Release builds in Swift 6 and later.

• Fix conversion of char tuple to string p-x9/MachOKit#160

Therefore, the version is updated to the latest version.

Version 0.19.0 has been used up to now, and includes several minor fixes, performance improvements, and feature additions in addition to the fixes in this issue.

Thank you! MachOKit is an awesome project. We used that in many of our apps and tweaks.

While if we bump the version of MachOKit, both swift-asn1 and swift-crypto will be unexpectedly included as dependencies (increasing build time and package size, swift-crypto is a huge project to download in my country). So we decide to apply a patch rather than simply bump the version of MachOKit if related problem occurs (no similar issue for now).
