I got a WinTV-DualHD and it came with a remote that I didn't need, so I decided to study it with my Flipper Zero and put it here. I haven't been able to test it yet because I don't use Hauppauge's software for anything, but it should work fine.
I used the TV button naming convention where possible, and I believe that I have sucessfully obtained the data for every single button on the remote.
