Changed download source for the Visual C++ Redistributables 2015-2022 package that you need to play Fallout: New Vegas with Yvile's Crash Logger installed.
This is a nitpicky patch. It's better to download these files directly from Microsoft, rather than a third party. This way, users who are not likely to validate the hashes of binaries they download from the internet (Something no doubt outside the scope of this guide) will be protected from supply-chain attacks.
Furthermore, the end user doesn't actually need to update all the Visual C++ redistributables in order to set up Viva New Vegas. Steam will automatically install the relevant version to launch the game vanilla. I tested this in a blank Wineprefix on Ubuntu 24.04 and in a Windows 10 and Windows 11 virtual machine using Qemu/KVM.
