Remove double space weblate warning

There are many double spaces on the documentation:

• Because original rst has double space, translators used double space

This PR does:

• removes double space from the rst files
• batch remove double space from the translations

There might be some residual double spaces on the batch remove. But the majority will be gone.

Forgot to mention:

Update locale will update also the language files and add a fuzzy flag on strings that need to be reviewed on weblate.
Not sure if it is a good idea, will make another PR without this change.
