What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Abstractions for node and relationship into operations and operations context. Previously there are multiple kinds for storage
It is a little complex and unclear how the data is organized.
Why are the changes needed?
A better abstraction and refactor of the code

Currently No. We try to keep maximum compability.

Unit tests added and regression tests
