Client - IT Services & Consulting
Job Location - Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Bengaluru, Vadodara
No of Positions - 4
Work Mode - Hybrid Model (2 days working from office)
Shift Timing - MAR-NOV (3:30PM – 12:30AM IST), NOV-MAR (4:30PM – 01:30AM IST) (During WFO days you can work from office till 6 Pm , after that you can go home and resume work)
Salary Budget - 32 - 34 Lpa
Looking for Immediate to 15 days joiners

Must-Have Skills:

  • Backend Development: Python (FastAPI / Flask)
  • AI Integration: OpenAI API (GPT-4o)
  • Cloud Services: Azure Functions, Azure Storage Account, Cosmos DB
  • Database & Caching: NoSQL (Cosmos DB)
  • APIs & Authentication: RESTful APIs, OAuth, JWT
  • DevOps & Deployment: CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps
  • Code Quality: Unit Testing, Debugging, Performance Optimization

Good-to-have Skills:

  • Vector Databases for AI: Azure AI Search

  • Logging & Monitoring: Application Insights, Azure Monitor

  • Security: Azure Active Directory (AAD), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation with vector databases

  • LLM Orchestration: LangChain or Semantic Kernel

  • Experience in OCR, Automation, Natural language data analytics and AI agents is preferred.

  • Experience in CRM, Personalization, Virtual Agents, and Self-service AI apps is preferred

    Key Responsibilities :
    • Design and implement AI solutions using large language models (LLMs) for tasks such as summarization, question answering, and document understanding.
    • Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines combining OCR and LLMs for unstructured document processing.
    • Integrate LLMs and OCR tools (e.g., Azure Document Intelligence, Tesseract) into scalable applications.
    • Preprocess scanned and digital documents using OCR to extract structured and semi-structured text for LLM input.
    • Perform prompt engineering and fine-tuning of LLMs to enhance accuracy and task-specific performance.
    • Evaluate and monitor LLM+OCR system outputs for quality, bias, and hallucination risks.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions tailored to domain-specific needs.
    • Stay updated on the latest developments in foundation models, Agentic AI and OCR technologies.
