The (kinda) fixed and revamped release

Revamped the mutations and professions, completely fixed serums and bionics, tweaked a bit in item crafting, changed the various names to something non-nonsensical, and fixed the monsters. Basically everything the original mod wants. Without those pesky LUAs.
