Fixes Module Error with JEPlayer on PyGamer #3090.
CircuitPython_JEplayer_mp3/rsrc/background.bmp was in the wrong format.
code.pyneeded updating due to incompatible changes inadafruit_progressbarTagging @jepler for interest.
Tested on a PyGamer with several MP3 files on an SD card.
