Fixes #1237
Add automation templates for JDK25 ahead of September release.
Also fix a typo in the jenkinsfile, found during testing.
Tested with jenkins dummy job, packages built have been installed on Alpine 3.19, RHEL8 / Ubuntu24 & Opensuse
