Pull Request Overview
This PR prepares for the next release by updating distribution files and bumping the Maven plugin version used for generating the dependency graph.
- Bumped DEPGRAPH_MAVEN_PLUGIN_VERSION from 4.0.2 to 4.0.3.
- Updated distribution artifacts as part of release preparation.

This is mainly to update the dist files in preparation for the next release.
But I did also bump the version of the Maven plugin that we use to generate the graph.
