Add a windows-ansi-ps module, that only handles the setup-terminal-for-ANSI stuff, by calling a powershell script rather than relying on JNI. It has no dependencies at all thanks to that, but require powershell.exe to be in the PATH to work fine (which is the case 99.99% of the time).
