This simple python scipt separates any fragments present in an xyz file. It reads in the xyz file. Converts the molecule to adjacency matrix using ASE. Checks for connectivity of constituent atoms and finds the number of fragments and corresponding atom indices. It further separates the fragments into individual .xyz files.
