The issue is resolved. Use build_static.sh to create statically linked libraries for ARM64 and AMD64. The libraries for ARM64 and AMD64 have been updated in this branch. Don't forget to rerun tests on ARM64 @bakwc |

@bakwc SVE is currently disabled, and we compile with -march=armv8.2-a to support Graviton 2. |
