I began programming back in the 1980s, experiencing firsthand the evolution of technology that shaped my skills as a software developer โ an essential part of who I am. Alongside technology, I've always been passionate about science, particularly biology and physics, and about sharing knowledge. This multidisciplinary background gives me a unique perspective in problem-solving and system design.
Today, I work intensively with Go in Italy ๐ฎ๐น, developing robust, high-performance backend solutions for enterprise environments. My work involves designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable services โ with a strong focus on clean architecture, performance, and maintainability.
Academically, I'm completing a postgraduate degree in Backend Development with Go. I'm also the author of an upcoming book on Shell Scripting, where I aim to make Linux automation accessible and practical for developers and sysadmins alike.
I am a strong advocate of open-source software , knowledge sharing, and free expression, while also recognizing that proprietary software has its rightful place in the ecosystem.
