This PR enhances the crate:
boundless-cliby adding a programmable interface to the Boundless market without addingalloyas a dependency (however it does usealloy-primitives). It also add a new crateboundless-coremoving common functionalities (e.g., input, storage) with the goal to not depend on theboundless-marketcrate.
