not very clean to integrate allowing prefixes into boundless yet without breaking changes, and not clear there would be someone asking for it, so just did a workaround here. This just overloads the custom domain and prefixes the put object path. If you would like this handled or worded differently, feel free to suggest, I don't have any strong preferences.
