In recent builds of Steam, an incorrect LD_LIBRARY_PATH is causing glibc not to be found. This fixes the issue.

In updated core versions of Steam or gaming-graphics, an incorrect
LD_LIBRARY_PATHis causing glibc not to be found. This fixes the issue.
