- Move Apple release dir (#1808)
⚠️ This should only be a breaking change for Apple builds: Package ContentScopeScripts as XCFramework. This simplifies the Apple build to match the others and reduces the time to load them into the Apple codebase as it'll be a vendored build into BSK once merged.
