Replace macro DSL with just templates

• build node api on Figuro.new api syntax
• replace macros with templates
• new api looses support for things:
  • removes captures=[x,y,z] notation in favor of just using std/sugar.capture
  • removes parent=x helper api
  • removes result = node to indicate returning a node
