Description
I updated the nix flake to include rust-analyzer in the devshell and move to fenix for smaller download sizes. And I bumped the protocol version to 1.21.8
Motivation and Context
I need rust-analyzer to work on this, ferrumC tries to target the latest minecraft version.
How has this been tested?
The flake evaluates on my system, so it should on any system, I can join the server with the changes
