Description
Changes needed to compile with CUDA 12.9.
Motivation and context
Build HOOMD-blue with the latest NVIDIA compiler.
Thank to Peng Wang @ NVIDIA for the patch.
How has this been tested?
This branch builds locally on a workstation with CUDA 12.9. Driver limitations in the CI infrastructure prevent me from testing with 12.9 in GitHub Actions.
