• User Authentication: A secure user authentication system ensuring that only registered users can view detailed property information and contact agents. This feature upholds the privacy and security of both users and property owners.

• Dynamic Design: A single-page component with responsive layout adjustments to accommodate various screen sizes, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience across all devices.

• Search Functionality: Advanced search capabilities allow users to find properties based on specific keywords such as location, title, or other relevant criteria. This enables users to quickly locate properties that meet their exact requirements.

• Filter Functionality: Comprehensive filtering options enable users to narrow down their property search based on categories (e.g., apartments, villas, PGs) and specific locations within Bangalore. This helps users efficiently find properties that match their preferences.

• Sorting Functionality: Properties can be sorted based on price, allowing users to view listings in either ascending or descending order. This makes it easier for users to find options that fit within their budget.

• Fetching Data: Efficient data retrieval from Firebase ensures that property listings displayed on Property Pulse are always up-to-date and accurate. This integration with Firebase provides a reliable and real-time data source for users.
