Final Release from Paraguay D25 Team

This is the final release from the Paraguay D25 Team (Me @jjmurphy1114 , @ceci-herriman , @kkartsen, @CHlavachek ). This includes bug fixes with the self-guided tour audio player and minor UI changes.
