Extract metadata from json (for all PEPs) - See Issue#3 (Used Plaintext PEP from PEP repo instead of parsing from the PEP website)
Add link (related-pep) to API
Topic model: how to categorize PEPs into groups

make list of all the words
take only nouns
freqs of nouns
