Update migration notes in README for upcoming changes.
Soon after releasing v0.1.6 we will merge the
dev-branch intomain. Thenmainwill no longer be linkml-project-cookiecutter compatible. The instructions for migrating a project from linkml-project-cookiecutter to this template had to be updated accordingly.For migrating to 0.2.x, a two-step process is suggested with an initial migration to the latest v0.1.x before the final step to 0.2.x. This is to minimize the changes that have to be reviewed at once.
