This plugin didn't work correctly and pulls in samba
It's unneccesary since samba was removed.
The etc directory is meant for admin configuration.
Stuff that should not be configured by the user should go into usr.
Upgrades in vanilla are harmless operations due to ABRoot.
This means that admin authentification is not necessary.
Distrobox should not be run as admin.
Since waydroid was removed, there's no need for rootful subsystems.
Apart from that, this didn't ever properly work anyway.
These commands are harmless and can be allowed to anyone on the system.
We're assuming that we installed core using the same repo so an upgrade makes little sense here.

If an upgrade does happen to something that we modified it might also break something.
