This is where you will find documentation for the eMailTest plugin for Moodle. Got some tips or troubleshooting techniques to share? We would love to hear from you.
IMPORTANT: Be sure to also read the README.md file. It contains lots of useful information including some FAQs not listed in this Wiki which can also help you troubleshot your email delivery issues.
The eMailTest module for Moodle allows administrators to test their Moodle SMTP configuration settings. A trace of the SMTP dialogue will be displayed if the email message cannot be sent for any reason.
Once the test email has been sent, you will need to check your email in-box to confirm that the email message was successfully delivered. This plugin will not do that for you.
