Initial release

This is the initial release of opencti-wazuh-connector. It is not perfect, but one has to start somewhere. With an initial release out of the way, this is how tags and releases will work:

• master (the new default branch) will only contain releases
• dev will be the development branch
• x.x.x will be semver releases

The docker tags will be

-x.x.x for releases

• dev for every dev branch commit
• master for every master branch commit
• latest for the latest release, i.e. tip of master
