Description

#996 implemented the first version of MQT's NA QDMI Device. This PR adds support for more properties to the device. In particular, it enables querying operations for the supported sites. Meanwhile, it uses the newly introduced zone sites of QDMI.

@burgholzer I know, the commit history is a mess. We definitely need to squash that before we merge it.
