Now it doesn't work only if the user manually sets wayland on Linux

Works for me! The popup doesn't appear until text is actually selected (which I think is the new expected behavior?), and selection then works normally. You can't type into the font size box within the popup, but that was reported elsewhere.

@Eism Thank you! This was making 4.6 hellish to use.

Tested on MacOS 15, Windows 11, Ubuntu 22.04.3. Approved
#29162 FIXED
