Add Dark Mode Toggle and Interactive Mouse Pointer (#86)

What I’ve Done

• Implemented a dark mode toggle button with a moon 🌙 and sun 🌞 icon switch.
• Added an interactive custom cursor using leaf.png

This pull request addresses Issue #86 assigned to me under GSSoC'25.

I will update the dark mode toggle so that it applies to all pages, not just the main page.

I’ll make the necessary changes and push the updated code shortly.
