I found out that 4.6.2 (current) version do not obey
listening-ipuntil i explicitly set-c /etc/turnserver.conf.Note
Prometheus require additional library - libprom, but actually not
libpromhttpfrom the same project.But it still needs
libmicrohttpdandlibatomic.
