Fair Use Claim

The Photon Lighting Engine package does incorporate assets that are protected by US and International copyright law, and are full property of their respective owners/copyright holders. Photon utilizes the assets under the claim of fair use, asserting that there is no monetary gain for the publisher (as in, the author of Photon Lighting Engine), that the assets can be used for educational purposes, are transformative (by attempting to reasonably translate assets to a new medium) and that redistributing the assets in no way harms the market of their original author. In addition, assets are packaged and redistributed due to 1) technical limitations of the medium 2) necessary modifications to improve the subjective quality when used in the medium. Should the verified author or copyright holder of any asset request or demand the removal of assets from the distributed package, such requests or demands will be met in a timely manner for any reason whatsoever.

Unless otherwise posted, absolutely no authors (including individuals and corporations) should be implied to have in anyway endorsed or supported any aspect to this project.
