This branch includes API routes for the "Services" and "Discoverability" sections of the polyproto specification. These API routes will be part of the polyproto crate with the v0.10 release of that crate.
Considerations for a v1 of the polyproto protocol specification would likely include privacy-related routes to give actors control over who can query for discoverable services.
