This adds rt.try which will be useful for the test framework I'm currently working on. Upgrade to latest Goal Includes fix for rt.get"v"
Leverages Go's own Glob function in path/filepath to produce an array of strings of file names that match.
For use in test suite for locating CSVs relative to test files
