Including the ubuntu upgrade doc might be controvertal because it doesn't really apply to Epoxy, it should be done before the upgrade (In Antelope, we removed the Jammy upgrade doc link). But that being said, for the openstack upgrades we have the instructions in the docs for the next release, so I'm happy with it being in both. Other opinions welcome though |

About Ubuntu upgrade doc being in Epoxy, I think it should be fine because it clearly shows that this needs to be done before epoxy at the start of the doc in overview |
