Added the Half-Normal distribution (scipy.stats.halfnorm) with the scale parameter, with loc fixed at zero.

  • The Half-Normal distribution has support for LogScore
  • Added Half-Normal LogScore to the test_dists_metric test
  • Added Half-Normal distribution to the test_dists_runs_on_examples_logscore test
