Environment Variables

• ENV["AUTO_SEND"] on Heroku, setting this to "true" will enable autosend
• ENV["ASTRA_STREAM_URL", this falls back to localhost:3001/api/v1 which is the URL for AstraStream in your local environment. On staging, the url should be set to "https://astrastream-f88676dd5abc.herokuapp.com/api/v1"
