Hi 👋, I'm Sviat Kharuk!

I'm a bioinformatics researcher at EMBL, working on single-cell transcriptomics and RNA velocity. I hold a master's in biochemistry, with a thesis on RNA velocity in Drosophila perturbation data completed during an internship at EMBL. My work focuses on understanding cellular dynamics through computational analysis of high-dimensional data.
