fix(prodtest): fix wpc-info command output

This PR fixes the output of the prodtest wpc-info command:

• Removed the PROGRESS response and moved the output arguments to the OK response
• Fixed formatting of chip_id, chip_rev, and cust_id - values were previously printed in decimal with a 0x prefix
• Removed unused trailing spaces in strings passed to cli_trace
