Hi, thank you fro maintaing this repositry

I added mocap_optitrack pakage.

A patch to change compiler to C++17 was required to master branch.
This change is not merged into master branch of offcial repositry.
ros-drivers/mocap_optitrack#87

I just forked the repository to ros-o and adapted your patch.
Because C++ standards change over time and C++11 has been the default even before noetic, we simply drop all requirements for outdated standards instead of increasing them.
Maybe you want to update your upstream PR based on this.
