Add ability to install via uv

Running uv tool install https://github.com/doriandarko/o1-engineer.git gives me this error:

error: /Users/jo/.cache/uv/git-v0/checkouts/0de6f4385de05013/4a53518 does not appear to be a Python project, as neither `pyproject.toml` nor `setup.py` are present in the directory

Would it be possible to add either file?
